As an elementary school teacher for 15 years, Ali understands the importance of leaving the hectic chaos of the day behind, and making time and space for you.
Ali enjoys combining her love of travel and learning by attending yoga workshops and conferences around North America. She is a magnetic teacher; her classes are fun and challenging, yet accessible for everybody. Ali's goal is that you leave feeling physically and emotionally lighter than when you arrived. Ali is studying toward her RYT 500 designation with Yoga Medicine, and has advanced training in Myofascial Release.
