A Three Part Series - Saturday Sept 19 - October 3 with Tori Jarvis Grant and Sheri Rempel - $60 plus HST
Yoga is about so much more than the poses themselves…AND we know that learning them is a fun way to discover the abilities of your body, and explore new and interesting ways to move. Lean in to your physical practice, and learn how the poses compliment and build on one another. In the first two 90 minute sessions of the series, Tori will focus on breaking down and exploring the foundational shapes needed to create the “bigger” poses. In the final 2 hour workshop, Sheri will skillfully put it all together; like completing one lovely yoga jigsaw puzzle. All bodies and levels of experience celebrated.
Saturday, Sept 19 and 27 from 10:30-Noon with Tori, and Saturday, October 3 from 10:30-12:30 with Sheri
Sunday, September 27 from 2-4 pm with Ali Sangster - $30 plus HST
Want help starting your yoga journey in a safe and supportive environment? This two hour workshop will breakdown alignment cues, commonly offered poses, and studio etiquette - expect lots of time for questions, learning and play. Join Ali for an afteroon designed for those who are new to a studio environment, and looking to develop a solid foundation in Vinyasa yoga.
