Tim Damon

Tim’s first yoga class was a 6-week introduction to Ashtanga in 2004 at Therapeutic Approach Yoga Studio (TAYS). At that time, Tim was also studying alternative health and found yoga was a great compliment to his existing practices. Eight years later, he returned to TAYS to complete his 200-Hr certification and is now working toward his 500-Hr. Over the years, Tim’s practice has evolved substantially, becoming a tool for self-inquiry, deep listening, and play. He believes yoga is accessible to everyone regardless of physical ability and loves stepping into and holding space for all those willing to take the journey toward their own inner knowing.

When he’s not on his mat, Tim enjoys spending time wandering through the HRM on foot and bike, checking out used bookstores, writing, experimenting in the kitchen, or cozying up at home with a good book.
